O'Learys Seafood is honored to host the official debut of NYAM Contemporary Kitchen! This is a can't miss 8 course dinner curated by dynamic chef duo, Anthony Jones and Max Chuvalas featuring El Enemigo wines selected by our very own Wil Peterson!
In addition, the evening will be hosted by Constanza Hartung, who has been a member of the El Enemigo Team since the inception of the brand in 2015. From 2012 to 2015, Constanza was the Assistant to the Head Winemaker (Alejandro Vigil) at Catena Wines. When El Enemigo opened, Constanza transitioned to become the global export manager for the brand, overseeing North America, Latin America, the UK, Europe, China, and Japan. As the winery has grown in popularity, Coti (short for Constanza), has worn many hats, which include tour guide, marketing manager, server, and heartbeat of the brand. Coti has a deep passion for the Argentine Wine Industry and is an ambassador of both her brand and her country. When not working at the winery, Coti enjoys raising her young daughter in the Mendoza countryside.
